About the event
This is a 4 week group for alumni of Seeking Depth to Trauma Recovery (group cohort or previous 1-day workshop)
This group is led by Integration Specialist, Brandi Brown. During our time together, we will:
Strengthen connection to self by connecting to others
Expand neurological pathways to Post Traumatic Growth roles
Increase our fluency in speaking the language of the nervous system
*There will be no group the week of Thanksgiving*
