Seeking Depth to Trauma Recovery - January Cohort

Uncover the influence of relational trauma and emotional starvation in this 6 week series. Through group relationships, we will unearth unconscious re-enactments and rewrite our stories.

In 6 weeks, you will learn and integrate the following content:

• How undesirable behavioral patterns are the result of fight, flight, freeze being stuck on "ON" and begin to live in a more consistently regulated state.

• How life's experiences are compartmentalized in the brain, creating an internal Survivor Roles Atom. We will begin to reprocess the fears and beliefs held by these roles, to include sensitivity to rejection or abandonment, feeling too much and simultaneously not enough, or believing that one has to earn…
