Seeking Depth to Trauma Recovery - January Cohort

Uncover the influence of relational trauma and emotional starvation in this 6 week series. Through group relationships, we will unearth unconscious re-enactments and rewrite our stories. 

How deep can your current healing journey actually take you? 

Are you ready to live an existence where you walk around believing in your deepest knowing that you're enough? Then let's soothe that visceral voice that replays the shame narratives. 

In 6 weeks, you will learn and integrate the following content:

• How undesirable behavioral patterns are the result of fight, flight, freeze being stuck on "ON" and begin to live in a more consistently regulated state.
• How life's experiences are compartmentalized in the brain, creating an internal Survivor Roles Atom. We will begin to reprocess the fears and beliefs held by these roles, to include sensitivity to rejection or abandonment, feeling too much and simultaneously not enough, or believing that one has to earn connection.
• How to connect and strengthen the internal Thriving Roles Atom - where we feel more in control of our lives, connected to others, aligned with our gut, and self-compassionate.

Through the use of Somatic Experiencing, Psychodrama, and Internal Family Systems, we provide a unique healing opportunity that intervenes on the cellular level. Many of our participants engage in multiple cohorts, regaining more of themselves in each one.
