About the event
This group is for individuals who've experienced complex, developmental, childhood, or relational trauma, and they're curious to identify how this shows up in the ways they relate to themselves and others.
Uncover the influence of relational trauma and emotional starvation in this 6 week series. Through group relationships, we will unearth unconscious re-enactments and rewrite our stories.

In 6 weeks, you will learn and integrate the following content:
How undesirable behavioral patterns are the result of fight, flight, freeze being stuck on "ON" and begin to live in a more consistently regulated state.
