Explore the internal landscape of the self through Self-Triangulation, a clinical map designed to help therapists identify and work with internal roles formed during attachment development. Chronic stress can lead to Stress Roles, while supportive experiences foster Resilience Roles—the building blocks of a healthy, integrated personality. Every individual carries both types of roles, and therapy becomes transformative when underdeveloped Resilience Roles are strengthened and Stress Roles are understood and renegotiated.
