About the event
This is a 4 week group for alumni of Seeking Depth to Trauma Recovery (group cohort or previous 1-day workshop)Â
This group is led by Embodiment Trainer, Brandi Brown. During our time together, we will:
- Strengthen connection to self by connecting to others
- Expand neurological pathways to Post Traumatic Growth roles
- Increase our fluency in speaking the language of the nervous system
*There will be no group on Wednesday, November 27th*
