Seeking Depth to Trauma Recovery

• How undesirable behavioral patterns are the result of fight, flight, freeze being stuck on "ON" and begin to live in a more consistently regulated state.

• How life's experiences are compartmentalized in the brain, creating an internal Survivor Roles Atom.
