Trauma isn't about what happened, it's about what's happening now. In other words, what's been trapped inside that continues to play out in the present day?
Groups are a microcosm of all our relationships in life. That's what makes it so much more impactful than individual therapy alone, because there's more opportunities to re-enact our stories. In group, we get to explore unconscious projections and make visible the invisible narratives that guide us, within a structured, safe relational container.
