This group is for individuals who've experienced developmental and relational trauma, and they're curious to identify how this shows up in the ways they relate to themselves and others.

$650 for 8 week session - $100 nonrefundable deposit to register. The remaining balance can be paid in two installments.
Trauma isn't about what happened, it's about what's happening now. In other words, what's been trapped inside that continues to play out in the present day?
Groups are a microcosm of all our relationships in life. That's what makes it so much more impactful than individual therapy alone, because there's more opportunities to re-enact our stories. In group, we get to explore unconscious projections and make visible the invisible narratives that guide us, within a structured, safe relational container.
