This is a free event for alumni of Seeking Depth to Trauma Recovery. While we've changed the name several times over the last two years, ALL cohorts are welcome to connect together for this informal gathering. While we won't be facilitating our Observing Ego exercise or Circle of Strengths, we assume all who gather will have both online! Please RSVP to ensure we purchase enough supplies.
